Very large SiC CVD reactors delivered in France

A dual CVD reactor station has been delivered to a French customer for SiC coating application. This project will place MPA Industrie in a leading position for SiC CVD reactor manufacturing. The system includes MTCS storage and dosing, CVD reactor, pumping system and scrubbing station.
