Fluidized Bed Reactor

Fluidized bed reactor is that the bed of solid particles or catalyst is supported by an up flow of gas. The process provides high temperature uniformity and high reaction efficiency. The CVD FBR can be used to coat particles or to improve deposition on small parts immersed in the bed.
Main applications are : Silicon production, triso kernels for nuclear high temperature reactor, carbon nano tubes, Lithium ion anodes, heart valves, joins.
